# Stilllight · draft privacy notice

This notice describes the implemented app. Production advertising settings and the App Store privacy declaration still require review against the final distributed build before release.

## Local progress

Progress, Stardrops, settings, unlocked colours, permanent purchase entitlements and identifiers of delivered StoreKit transactions are stored on your device. A previous valid save is retained locally for recovery. Galax Games does not operate a game account, cloud save, social service or game analytics server. Deleting the app removes local data; device backups are controlled by iOS and your Apple settings.

## Purchases

Apple processes optional in-app purchases. The game uses verified transaction information to deliver items once and restore eligible permanent purchases. Galax Games does not receive payment card details. Apple manages its own transaction records, privacy controls and refund process. See https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/.

## Optional advertising

The delivered Release configuration leaves advertising inactive and excludes the advertising adapter. Debug enables Google's sample identifiers for development. Enabling production advertising requires dedicated provider configuration and a review of this notice.

An ad-enabled build uses Google Mobile Ads and Google's User Messaging Platform. The game makes ad requests only after you choose a rewarded video and applicable consent has been handled. SDK startup code may run when an ad-enabled app opens; do not assume that absence of an ad request proves absence of all SDK processing. Ads are requested as non-personalised. The app requests neither tracking permission nor location permission. Non-personalised advertising can still process data.

Google may process IP-derived approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic/performance information to deliver and measure advertising, prevent fraud and apply privacy choices. No videos are necessary for gameplay. Quiet Skies replaces video requests with instant boost claims.

## Support

If you email info@gallaxgames.com, your email address and voluntarily supplied message are used to answer the request. The app only opens your email app; it does not send automatically or upload saves. Avoid sending payment details or passwords. Contact the same address about information you supplied. Apple and Google manage their own records and retention through their respective privacy channels.

## Your choices

Play offline, leave rewarded videos unused, change applicable advertising privacy choices, or turn off music, effects and haptics. There is no account to delete. Removing the app removes its local progress, including consumable currency; eligible permanent purchases may be restored with the same Apple Account.
