# Stilllight · release checklist

This page separates the implemented game from distribution and provider configuration. It must be updated with evidence before describing the app as ready for submission.

## Project delivery

- Dedicated Stilllight folder, Git repository, Xcode project and bundle identifier; earlier game source files preserved.
- Native SwiftUI / SpriteKit game, six companions, eight constellations, Reflection and Renewal, offline production and save recovery.
- Original artwork, icon, launch screen, title and all actual soundtrack/effect assets included.
- StoreKit 2 implementation and a five-product Xcode test catalogue.
- Public-facing player guide, exact purchase copy, privacy draft, design/economy notes and original-media provenance.
- See VERIFICATION.md for final test counts, simulator coverage, renderer checks and remaining hardware checks.

## Owner/account and external dependencies

1. The app uses Galax Games as requested; the established website remains Gallax Games. The configured development team produced the archive. Xcode distribution export reports no accessible account, iOS Distribution certificate or matching App Store profile: sign in to the owning Apple Developer account in Xcode and resolve distribution signing.
2. Register the dedicated bundle identifier, then create Stilllight and its five exact product records in App Store Connect; accept applicable agreements and complete bank/tax details in the account. These steps must be performed by the account holder where required. No secrets or financial details belong in the public documentation.
3. Set production prices, availability, age-rating answers, privacy disclosures, review contact details and screenshots. Upload the signed build, verify processing and attach first purchases to the initial app version. Do not infer any of this from local StoreKit tests.
4. Configure a dedicated Stilllight AdMob app and rewarded unit, applicable UMP messages, content/privacy choices and verified app-ads.txt. Production IDs are currently blank and the Release advertising adapter is compiled out. Enabling it requires the two documented IDs and compiler/linker settings. Do not reuse another game's identifiers. Complete a test-device ad/consent pass before enabling production advertising.
5. Make support and privacy pages publicly reachable at the Gallax Games domain. On 8 September 2026 both root and www returned HTTP 403. The source upload and Lovable sync are verified. The intended Vercel account is logged out/unlinked; connecting it and deploying is still required. Committed source or a private preview does not establish the public domain is working.
6. Run Sandbox/TestFlight purchases with the live product records and a signed build: consumables, restoration, pending approval, interrupted delivery and refunds. No real purchase was made during local tests.
7. Check a physical iPhone: soundtrack on speakers/headphones, silent switch, a real call interruption, headphone removal, haptics, VoiceOver navigation and an extended thermal/battery session. Simulator timing and memory metrics do not prove physical-device performance.
8. The final development-signed archive exists; App Store export failed with account/certificate/profile errors. Complete distribution export, validate the resulting signature/profile, upload and verify processing. Apple review remains external. An archive alone is not approval or store availability.

## Repeatable document delivery

`python3 Tools/sync_website.py /path/to/gallaxgames.com` stages Release Markdown/JSON, selected screenshots, the icon and soundtrack previews in the existing website. It excludes source, signing details, saved games and private contacts. Review the website diff, run typecheck/lint/build and route/browser checks, then publish the normal connected branch. The document library is `/stilllight-docs`; player support and privacy have their own stable paths.

Record the source commit and actual deployment URL after publishing. Future Stilllight documentation should follow this same route; do not create a second disconnected site or modify previous game projects.
