Purchases and refunds
All payments go through Apple. Refunds are requested and decided by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com.
If a purchase was interrupted, open the game again while online — pending purchases are rechecked at launch. If it still has not arrived, email info@gallaxgames.com and we will help.
